Dear Friends,
Serving the people of Bellflower as a member of the City Council and Mayor has been my greatest honor.
Working with my council colleagues, I have continued to strengthen public safety while maintaining our historically low crime rate. I have worked tirelessly to expand and preserve our open space through the opening of Riverview Park and the planned opening of Palm Street Park . The new high capacity well has been completed and will provide citizens of Bellflower high quality, lower cost water for years to come. Currently under construction is the $7 million Belmont Court project which will help revitalize our downtown area.
I promise to continue to make public safety my top priority and my goal of expanding Bellflower 's retail financial base will provide consistent delivery of quality city services on which we all depend.
My wife Judy and I have resided in Bellflower our entire lives and are fully invested in the future of our community. I believe I have served you well over the last 4 years and respectfully ask for your vote once again on March 5th.
